No way out

Females out there who feel threatened by the negative comments made by negative men on how they percieve you in the ICT world, unfortunately there is absolutely nothing you can do to change their mindset and there is again no way out for you. So keep giving best shots in what you are doing and they will catch up with you at a later stage.

    Keep fighting for your space in terms of gnender and its biases. Poisitive ladies of ICT is an intersting spin to the promotion of females in the ICT - I like it.

    Is it possible to find examples of these ladies and post references on the blog to learn more about them - that's you home work now.
