Peer pressure in ICTclasses

In my school our learners are mostly dominated by peer pressure and as a result most of them end up performing averagely. They experience pressure not only outside the classrooms but also in the classes. For instance, there are those who normally feel that they are being belittled by their fellow learners who most of the times are knowledgeable and do best when presenting or give feedback during the ICT lessons. As a result such learners formulate groups and intimidate the ones that are capable. Due to this pressure some of them even drop or fail completely because of being unable to deal with challenges from their own peers.
